According to § 7 Abs.1 TMG we are responsible for our own contents of these websites according to general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obligated to control external information that was transfered or saved or to search for condotions that indicate illegal doings.
This doesn’t affect the obligation to remove or to block the use of information according to general law. But the corresponding liability only counts as of the knowledge of a precise legal infringement. If such a legal infringement comes to our knowledge we will remove theses contents immediately.
