“punarbhavaa” is a Sanskrit word and means “rebirth” or “continued existence”. The employees of the small company located in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu recycle waste of certified organig cotton by turning it into various paper products – and the laces for our sneakers, too.
Most people in the area usually find a job only as day labourers in agriculture. Punarbhavaa employs a lot of women whose income often ensures the livelihood of the whole family.
